Board of Studies in Nursing Sciences

In exercise of the powers conferred under Clause 6.1 of the Statutes relating to constitution of the Board of Studies in Nursing Sciences, the Vice-Chancellor is pleased to nominate the Board of Studies in Nursing Sciences of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, for a period of one year from 1st February, 2009 to 31st January, 2010 consisting of following members:-

2. Mrs. Balwinder Kaur Buttar, Principal, Khalsa College of Nursing, Amritsar
3. Mrs. Raj Rani, Principal, University College of Nursing, Faridkot.
4. Major (Mrs.) Rekha Gupta, Principal, Army College of Nursing, Jalandhar
5. Mrs. Pennamma Ranadive, Professor, College of Nursing, CMC, Ludhiana.
6. Dr. (Mrs) Harbans Kaur, Professor, MHR, DAV, College of Nursing, Jalandhar
7. Dr. Krishna Thakur, Assoc. Professor, Gian Sagar College of Nursing, Banur
8. Ms. Kuldish Kaur, Lecturer, College of Nursing, GMC, Patiala.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under Clause 6.2 of the Statutes, the Vice-Chancellor is pleased to nominate Dr. (Mrs.) Jasbir Kaur, Principal, College of Nursing, DMC, Ludhiana as the Chairperson of the Board of Studies in Nursing Sciences.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under Clause 11 of the Statutes, the Vice-Chancellor is pleased to order that Deputy Registrar (Meetings) shall be the Secretary of the Board of Studies.
