This tender is of general nature and is being made with the purpose of
inviting details of the equipment (inclusive of specification) and prices from
the companies of repute with products of established and renowned quality. 2.
Interested parties may please enclose brochures with complete specifications
of various models of same equipment reflecting minimum price thereof. 3. The
user department shall scrutinize these offers and select equipments most
appropriate to their requirement keeping in view the quality of product and
pricing as well as reputation for service and maintenance as essential
parameters while short listing the equipments. 4. The exact quantity will be
decided by the user department after scrutiny. 5. The prices thereafter shall
be subject to negotiation. 6. The tender document shall also be available on
the University website: www.babafariduniv.com.
It can be downloaded and filled. However, the tenderer shall deposit the
specific Tender fee along with the tender to this office containing detailed
terms and conditions, quantity for each of the above equipment. The Tender
Form can
be purchased from the office of the Principal Guru Gobind Singh Medical
College and Hospital, Faridkot on any working day by submitting DD
of Rs.100/- per tender in favour of the Principal, Guru Gobind Singh
Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot, payable at Faridkot up to 4.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday). Each tender must be accompanied with
earnest money of Rs.1000/- in the
shape of demand draft in the name of Principal,
